Making use of outside spaces of local parks, heathland or even your own garden, we can really use the great outdoors to help you feel great and feel free from being cooped up inside.
We will concentrate on repetitions rather than time to start with. This will help you maintain proper technique throughout your fitness sessions which in turn will bring on correct muscle development without injury.
I will explain how all of the exercises in each of your sessions will benefit your body in the areas you wish to work on.
