After a face to face or phone chat with yourself I will now understand your needs and goals. I will then devise your program based on a 2-week plan. This is a great structure to work with in that I can see training results as you input them into your client log and adjust your next 2 weeks accordingly to those results. All training plans are produced using Training Peaks.
Detailed session plans are always provided. Race preparation and planning guidance will be given as well as post-race discussion. Training will be adapted to your life schedule. Please note: I don’t do big plans like 3-6-12 month due to unforeseen circumstances (job, illness, etc.)
