In order to maximise progress, it will be necessary for you to follow programme guidelines during supervised and, if applicable, unsupervised training days.

The purpose of a personal coaching or online coaching exercise program is to help you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your goals more effectively, safely, and with maximum benefits. Your session/programmes will be based on your present fitness/activity levels and the goals you wish to achieve.
Any exercise session/programmes carry an element of risk. Each session is specifically designed to minimise these risk. Please inform me if you have any illness or injury that might be aggravated by exercise. If this is the case then you should not participate in activity,
All sessions are fully explained within your session/programme. Appropriate change will be made with the outcome of your results. Contact me at any time if you have questions or changes in your situation as I can adjust accordingly.
As to be expected, your heartrate will increase as a result of these exercises. All actives should remain within your capabilities.
During sessions where I am not present, you will be fully responsible for your own safety. If you feel undue pain or excessive discomfort then STOP THE ACTIVITY. If your symptoms are of concern, such as chest pain, dizziness or blurred vision, then you should consult your GP immediately. You are free to withdraw from activity within the term of this agreement.
I have read and understood and completed the PAR-Q. All questions have been answered to the best of my knowledge. I agree to commit to the programme described to me by my coach. The nature, purpose and risks have been explained to me and I understand what is required of me.
