£95 (monthly) minimum 3-month contract

Ideal for anyone looking for a bespoke and structured running coaching plan to help you reach your running potential. Designed for general fitness goals or specific goal focus – from 0k to 100k+.

After a face to face or phone chat with yourself I will now understand your needs and goals. I will then devise your program based on a 2-week plan. This is a great structure to work with in that I can see training results as you input them into your client log and adjust your next 2 weeks accordingly to those results. All training plans are produced using Google sheets.

Detailed session plans are always provided. Race preparation and planning guidance will be given as well as post-race discussion. Training will be adapted to your life schedule. Please note: I don’t do big plans like 3-6-12 month due to unforeseen circumstances (job, illness, etc)

Every client that recommends me to another and that person subsequently books and pays, they will get a free session for that recommendation (not including travel costs outside zone 4).

Cancellation Policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any session canceled within 24 hours of the session start time will incur a charge of 1 session or the fee thereof.
